Sicilia is a hexagonal based waste paper basket designed in 1959 in polished stainless steel. In 1978 Bruno Munari® proposed a cardboard version, now re-edited with natural brown cardboard protected by a water-resistant surface treatment to make it durable and functional. The bottom of the basket can be separated from the body of the hexagonal parallelepiped allowing it to be closed on itself to optimize transport and storage with a flat pack that reduces its environmental impact.
